3.現場服務🦈：簽證手續申請受理代辦🥴、領取已辦好簽證的護照、簽證類型核查、學生簽證手續轉換⛹️、簽證面簽、咨詢答疑等。

二、後續安排

後續簽證代辦安排我辦將適時提前發布，請同學們關註意昂2体育官网官方網站“通知提醒”欄目。

三🧑‍🏭、註意事項

1.代辦服務將根據上級相關要求及我校相關政策規定動態響應➞👶🏿、調整，後續代辦時間若有變更調整將提前發布通知，請及時關註🤙🏻。

2.請計劃前往辦理的學生務必備齊材料，一次性辦結👥。相關問題請提前做好準備，提高溝通效率🧧。

3.簽證/居留許可手續照片要求：純白底，2寸，近期照片，免冠，露雙耳、雙眉，不露牙齒✊🏽，不佩戴眼鏡、耳釘、鼻環⬇️3️⃣、項鏈、頭飾🌐，不穿淺色上衣、跨欄吊帶背心👩🏿‍🦳👩🏻‍🎓，照片為相紙沖印⚧，無汙漬、劃痕、褶皺、邊框🪂，不得遮擋面部。

Notice on the Adjustment of Visa Agency Arrangements During The Fall Semester Of 2023

A. The visa agency service arrangements will be adjusted as follows：

1. Agency time: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. (except legal holidays).

2. Agency location: Room 329, 3rd Floor, New Sun Student Center, Peking University. 

3. On-site service: Visa application acceptance, collection of passports with completed visas, Visa type verification, student visa conversion procedure, visa interview, consultation and answering, etc.

B. Later Arrangements

Our office will soon post details regarding further arrangements of visa application on the Peking University International Students Division website, in the “Notice( 通知提醒 )” section. 

C. Precautions

1. The visa agency service will respond and adjust dynamically according to the relevant requirements of relevant department and the relevant policies and regulations of the university. If there is any change or adjustment in working hours, notice will be issued in advance. Please pay attention to it in time.

2. Please prepare and complete all the necessary materials for the affairs you plan to handle at one time. Please prepare your questions in advance for better communication.

3. Photo format required for visa/residence permit: pure white background, 2 inches, recent photos, bareheaded, with ears and eyebrows exposed, no teeth exposed, no glasses, earrings, nose rings, necklaces, headwear, light colored jacket, hurdle suspenders vest, photo should be of paper prints and has no stains, scratches, wrinkles, borders, or covering of the face.
