三、 延長轉系批準結果將於6月上旬通知

五、 郵件主題：【學號+延長/轉系】 請嚴格按照要求，否則將不予審核。
六、請同學在申請截止前提交，否則將不予審核📚。

I. Visiting students and scholars who need to extend study period may start to apply from today. To apply: Download the extension application form, complete the form and send back to the contact email address Deadline: 23:59 on May 8, 2025.
II. General visiting students who intend to change study department may start to apply from today. To apply: Download the transfer application form, complete the form and send back to the contact email. Email theme: Extension/Departmental Transfer+Studnet ID number Deadline: 23:59 on May 8, 2025.
III. The results of the extension and transfer applications will be notified in the early June.
IV. Please send the application form to the contact email address: CTC@pku.edu.cn.
V. Email subject: [Student ID + Extension/Transfer]. Please strictly follow the requirements; otherwise, the application will not be reviewed.
VI. Students are requested to submit the application before the deadline; otherwise, it will not be reviewed.
